On my show this month:
If we told you that Pete's show this month began with a tune actually used in a 70s porn film, would that set the bar high or low for the rest of the show? Either way, once you get past the opening extract from an ace new collection of library music from Buried Treasure, you'll find further exotic sounds from the likes of Here Lies Man , The Telescopes , Dead Skeletons , Yard Act and Dusty Mush , alongside a brilliant new session (his first for this show) from Dandelion favourite Sir Robert Orange Peel. In addition, we'll offer you Midnight Snaxxx, political analysis from REVBJELDE, some reissued gems from Mudhoney and Wayne County , some 70s Thai Luk Thung, 40s US gospel and 21st Century Ugandan drumming.

Biography:
My name is Pete. Some call me Bigpete. But not many. I used to be one of the resident DJs at the late, lamented Gravy Train in the pulsing heart of North West England, Newton-Le-Willows.
When I was there, I liked to play great music, old and new, from The Undertones to Hot Chip, but somehow always ended up playing Stone Roses tracks to pissed up lads in football shirts.
Now I've become a DJ for Dandelion Radio, and if there are pissed up lads in football shirts listening, I can't tell, so I can play music by My Bloody Valentine, Sebastian and Foals and nobody will threaten to hit me.
If you have something for me to play then get in touch.
