Lord Numb

Powered by Audioscrobbler™LORD NUMB'S eagerly awaited new album ROBOT'S NEED LOVE TOO available to download right here:
https://itunes.apple.com/us/album/robots-need-love-too/id609134053?uo=4

Lord Numb started his musical journey at the age of 13 in his first band 'The Rotting Corpse'.
He chopped his first bass up with a fire axe live on stage in his school hall. His headmaster was not exactly chuffed.
Jump forward a few years of playing in bands, in dives, breaking up, playing in bands, in dives, breaking up...
Lord Numb sells his guitar and buys a turntable, he teams up with his old mate and Bon Vivant 'Spidersleg' and the DJ partnership known as 'The Reject Club' is born.
They hit London town and build up a loyal following, they are also pretty big in Holland!
Lord Numb sells his turntables and buys a Moog synthesizer. He grafted a Fender Telecaster to it and Lord Numb finally found his sound.
Taking influences from David Bowie, Kraftwerk, Cocteau Twins, Suicide and AC/DC he started combining electronics and live instruments into stupidly good tunes.
He's since done a session and a half(!) for Pete Jackson and a unique session of covers for Mark Whitby. (both DJ's can be found over at the very wonderful Dandelion Radio)
