On my show this month:
Greetings! Great musicians come and go, but it sure does suck when they go. This month we pay our respects to Aston "Family Man" Barrett, Wayne Kramer, and Damo Suzuki with fitting songs by or about them. Meanwhile, we have brand new songs from Warm Exit, Charles Moothart, and Ashtray Navigations, who teamed up with Expose Your Eyes for their newest release. What else? How about some live Psychedelic Porn Crumpets, three great songs from the Indian subcontinent, and a track from Discharge? Enjoy the show!
On the show NEXT month:
Greetings! This month I have new stuff from Alien Nosejob, The Minneapolis Uranium Club Band, Full Flower Moon Band, The Paranoid Style, Ekko Astral, Koridor, Retimbrar, Arrêt, The Body & Dis Fig, The Lasters, Aili, and a song from an upcoming album by Earth Tongue. I am pleased to spread the news that Precious Recordings made good on their promise to release BBC radio sessions by Close Lobsters, which just came out on 10" vinyl. You will hear all of these goodies and more this month. Enjoy the show!

Biography:
Hello, my name is David Smith. I grew up in Detroit, Michigan, a perfect place to explore a wide variety of music via live shows and record shops. For the past twenty years I’ve been living in the Washington, DC area.
I've been a rabid collector of music all of my life, with a current collection of around 5,000 CDs and pieces of vinyl, plus uncounted numbers of live bootlegs, digital downloads, and cassettes. I've taken advantage of my world travels to buy records and CDs from all over the world, including the time when I bought a Xalam CD in Dakar, Senegal and nearly started a riot.
My aim at Dandelion Radio is to present an interesting and far-reaching collection of music each month, carefully selected and sequenced like that great mix tape you received from a friend all those years ago.
