With Portishead, Gibbons released two studio albums and a live album in the 1990s, followed by a third studio album in 2008. Gibbons has also collaborated on a separate project with former Talk Talk member Paul Webb a.k.a. Rustin Man. The Beth Gibbons & Rustin Man album, Out of Season, came out in 2002. 2024 saw Gibbons' début as a solo recording artist in her own right.
