Happy Birthday Dandelion Radio,
Thanks for all the great music and high quality, "ego-free" DJ-ing...always great broadcasting. Peel would have been proud.

Dear Dandelion,

Your labour of love is much loved.

Having said that, there's too much a**-kissing on this guestbook, so I'll balance it out by pointing out that you've missed these killer cuts from 2011 thus far...

Thomas Tantrum - It's Like Drums
Help Stamp Out Loneliness - Record Shop
Chapman Family - All Fall
Boris - Hope
Cave In - Serpents

Admin reply: Thanks - and suggestions for tracks always welcome.

FYI
Ste McCabe played
Help Stamp Out Loneliness - Record Shop
in May 2011 ... and, trailblazers that we are, Rocker played it in April 2009

A big thanks for all of the kind words over the last few weeks.
Getting feedback like this really makes a big difference to us because for most of the time all that we see are statistics - which are "dry" at best.
Public feedback via Facebook or Twitter or MySpace or last.fm or blogs or anywhere else helps as well because your friends and others get to see it and it might just get them to listen as well.

Great music, great DJs, great premise. Thanks for giving me so much airplay also! You really support signed and 'unsigned' music, and I've made some great discoveries through you guys! Here's to the next 5 years. Happy birthday!

Happy Birthday Dandelion! You are the best radio station ever, and you know I'm saying that cos it's true and not just because Sir Mark of Whitby has played my quirky noodlings a great many times. I have Dandelion on a loop on my kitchen internet radio. Always a challenging listen, always surprising, always entertaining. Here's to the next five, hell here's to the next TEN. Lots o'love, from your biggest fan.

Happy 5th anniversary and long may you continue! Having passed 40, I thought I'd passed the age when I was going to discover anything in music that excited me as things used to. But thanks to Dandelion Radio I regularly feel like a teenager again. Keep up the good work!
