Valentina BerthelonData provided by DiscogsI began my Art studies in 1996 in the University of Chile. In 1998 I moved to México City to continue my studies at "La Esmeralda", National Art Center where I specialised in electronic art. From 2001 to 2005 I was part of the multimedia project Lineas de Nazca. We performed in music and multimedia festivals in México, Chile , Spain and Germany. During those years I also worked as a VJ under the alias of Axisvega accompanying recognized musicians from different parts of the world.
In 1996 I returned to Chile and worked as Art Director for advertising. From 2010 to 2012 I was Producer in the Contemporary Art Museum of Chile making important exhibitions for the national art scene. Nowadays I live in Berlin and develop projects related to art and music. One of this projects it is a collaboration with german musician Tobias Freund, we are called Recent Arts and we do audiovisual shows in which we explore audio and video in real time.
