Founding members Cameron Navetta and Daniel Bowron have been writing, playing, and recording music together since they were in elementary school. The Jet Rodriguez first gained recognition in 2009 for Navetta's solo release, Seven Hour Night Shifts. In 2010, the duo began playing open mics at Oakland University and found a bass player in fellow open micer, Bryan Squires. The trio released a full length in March, 2011 called Mourning Days/Morning Daze. It was shortly after that when they found their fourth member and lead guitarist, Michael Daniele. With that linup, the band released their EP entitled Faceless Entities, which was released in Winter 2012.
