Sassyhiya is a band formed by Kathy Wright and Helen Skinner, who are also members of the South London band Barry. They are real-life partners and co-songwriters. Sassyhiya also includes Neiloy Mookherjee on guitar and Pablo Paganotto on drums. Their debut album, Take You Somewhere, was released on Skep Wax Records. The band's sound is described as a blend of post-punk and indiepop, with catchy melodies and a wonky edge.
