Nigerian trumpet player and bandleader born in Etinan, Akwa Ibom state in the 1930s.
Started out in music in the 1950’s, playing in the Salvation Army Band where he learned playing the trumpet and the proper structure of music.
While working at a radio station in Enugu, E.T Mensah came there to perform, by this he was so excited he decided to become a professional musician.
