Artist Info

Pussy & The Learjets

Powered by Audioscrobbler™"Dirty loud Rock'n'Roll from the Far-Eastern Ghetto" is how Pussy & The Learjets, a Rock'n'Roll / Garage / Punk Rock band from Thailand, describe their style.

Formed in 2010 in a dark back-alley in their hometown of Bangkok, they've been inspired by the likes of The Twilighters, 13th Floor Elevators, The Sonics, The Black Keys, The Cramps and The Fall.

Their live debut at The Overstay was followed by weekly gigs all over Bangkok. Shows in Cambodia, Hong Kong, Macau, and China have been confirmed for April and May 2011.

Pussy & The Learjets will release their debut 7" vinyl on Metal Postcard (Hong Kong). Label owner Sean Hocking loved the band's name so much, he snatched them up before hearing them play a single note.

Lineup:

Chantakahn Saetehn (aka Pussy / Om): vocals
Tom Vater (aka Tom Learjet): guitars
Manis Ender (aka Manisonfire): bass

Former members:

Patrice Schneider (aka Patrice L'Amour): drums & percussion, backing vocals
