Colone

Powered by Audioscrobbler™1) Partly electric, partly synthetic,Colone’s a combination of trusted and refreshing elements.
Colone is a project by multi-instrumentalist, singer and producer Roel Adrian Sobel (living in The Netherlands)
Largely inspired by the British musical heritage there are also some American influences.
The British feel could be attributed to the fact that Adrian lived in England when he was young.
You can hear influences from Joy Division, The Smiths and New Order but Colone actually just sounds like Colone.
Often you hear something new even after listening repeatedly.
Colone has had attention from Dutch radiostations calling Colone ‘Serious Talent’ in 2007(3FM Radio and NCRV radio)
Colone has already had some radio airplay in England, America and Germany on commercial but mostly alternative radio in 2007 and 2008(via the airwaves and online)
The first single(Ocean Of Love) was released through Matchbox Recordings UK on Itunes, Amazon and physically at CDBaby in June 2008.
