Powered by Audioscrobbler™Chimers is a post-punk band from Wollongong, Australia, formed by Padraic Skehan and Binx during the pandemic in 2020. Padraic Skehan is an Irish native and drummer in the garage-scene, and his life partner Binx formed the band in their backyard during the first lockdown of 2020. Their sound is influenced by Skehan's time in Ireland as a youth, and the post-hardcore sounds of Dischord, Husker Du, The Wipers, and others. Padraic Skehan sings, plays guitar, and writes the songs for Chimers.
