Powered by Audioscrobbler™Erik Bjärngard, known professionally as Bossfight, is an electronic music producer from Sweden.

The Bossfight project started out as a chiptune music project in 2010 as a trio alongside Sebastian Persson (also 1/2 of Elextroofficial) and Robin Jensen (also known as pineapple dreams). The project later became a duo with Robin where they began making more bass-influenced music of different genres, before Erik went solo under the Bossfight name and eventually started releasing music under the Monstercat label.

One considerable contribution to Bossfight gaining popularity was the game Geometry Dash, where songs from Newgrounds are used to create in-game levels. Additionally, he also gained popularity from the Roblox game Speed Run 4 where various tracks from his Caps On, Hats Off album were used.

With rapid growth seen since the early days of Bossfight’s career, Erik has gone on to release many notable singles on Monstercat such as his debut release "Subside" a collaboration with Ephixa and his Rocket League appearance with "Charge".

They were also part of the Swedish chiptune group Dunderpatrullen from 2013-2017.
