Powered by Audioscrobbler™Blending youthful energy with empowering melodies, Blabbermouth represent a bouncing crossover between indie rock and punk rock already making a statement in the alternative rock music scene. Inspired by the bands like Interpol, Pixies, Joy Division and The Smiths, the four musicians are currently up and about to continue building their audience in the UK and wider indie music circuits. Heartfelt vocals meet a reveal of charisma on stage providing a vibrant experience which brings Blabbermouth’s fans together and proves that the band’s live shows are not to be missed.
They formed in 2019 in South Coast, UK - it is comprised of Max Williams (singer/guitar), Leon Knowles (lead guitar), Alfie Rolph (bass) and Harry Giles (drums). Their presence quickly found success in Hastings, and in 2020 they packed a show at The Printworks for the release of their debut single ‘Youthful Haze’.
Throughout 2021, Blabbermouth constantly focused on refining their craft while gaining numerous engaged fans. They played a crowded set at The Crypt, and made their festival debut; playing directly after Kid Kapichi at Hastings Rocks. A live version of their single 'Just Tell Me the Truth' was played on BBC Radio 1, and the band is consistently featured during each single launch on BBC Sussex's Introducing Show with Melita Dennett.
