1. Baby Blue (stylized as BABY BLUE) is a Filipino girl group and first sub-unit of idol group MNL48. They debuted with the lead single Sweet Talking Sugar in September 2020, which topped in Egg Music charts in Japan. Baby Blue is one of the first Filipino artists to make it to Japanese music charts. Original members of the group were Jan Elaurza, Amy Isidto, and Coleen Trinidad but in June, 2022, after her 4 years in the group, Baby Blue's leader Jan Elaurza announced her graduation from MNL48, and her departure from the unit. On the same day, it was announced on the official website of Baby Blue that Frances Pinlac of MNL48 Team L will be replacing Jan.

2. Baby Blue was a British rapper and singer from London, England. She is known for her work with singer Estelle and collaborations with John Legend, Madness, Sway, Shystie, Ms. Dynamite and Lady Sovereign. Baby Blue has a sound that fuses hip hop with grime, R&B and soul.

Born Rachel Estelle Irene Prager, Baby Blue chose her stage name using her favourite colour. She was introduced to hip hop by her brother, MC Bamboozle, but it was her relationship with a crew called 'Tyme squad' at the age of 14 that realised her musical talent lay in MCing and proved to be the shaping of her career. On a development course, Baby Blue met her manager and in 2003 had her first taste of success with 'I Woulda' produced by Maestro. The track had heavy rotation on national radio and generated a fan base and an interest from record labels for the then unknown artist.

Her first mixtape Out of the Blue Vol. I was released in July 2004 and featured such artists as Estelle and Eurogang. Baby Blue appeared on two tracks of Estelle's debut album, The 18th Day, released in October 2004, most notably with John Legend on the track Hey Girl. In 2005 she released her second mixtape Out of the Blue Vol. II featuring artists such as Swiss, Sway, and Akala and in 2010 her third mixtape, Firefly was released. Baby Blue released singles, Too Lound in 2012 and Bump in 2013 but neither achieved a spot on the UK top 40 chart. Her highest charting single was a Matrix & Futurebound song, Magnetic Eyes, which she was a featured artist on. It peaked at number 25 on the top 40 chart.

In 2018, she became Head of Music at 7Wallace, the record label founded by Idris Elba.

3. Baby Blue were an Italian rock band from Prato, Tuscany. They formed in September 2004 and members include Serena Altavilla (vocals), Mirko Maddaleno (guitar and vocals), Duccio Burberi (bass) and Graziano Ridolfo (drums).

In 2004 they played at Rock Contest di Controradio and from this were able to record a demo with Andrea Franchi and another with Andrea Orlandini and Saverio Lanza. Throughout 2006 they played many shows across Italy and won the most important contest for bands in Italy, the Arezzo Wave Love Festival. After this success, with the contribution of the Foundation Arezzo Wave Italy, they recorded a six track EP titled Baby Blue at the Bunkerhaus studio in Florence with Paul Benvegnù as producer, and began the Lucky Brand Jeans Free Tour. The tour took them to venues such as the Circle of the Artists of Rome, the Velvet of Rimini, Hiroshima Mon Amour of Turin. In 2007 they played in Florence with Micah P. Hinson and in Spain at the "Bilbo Rock" European contest. They subsequently released two albums Come! in 2009 and We Don't Know in 2010.

In 2012 the band changed their name to Blue Willa and in 2013 released a self-titled album under their new name. On the 16th of May 2014 the band posted a message on their Facebook page announcing they would no longer be making music.
