Aziz Balouch Aziz Balouch (1910-1978) was a singer and guitar player. He was born in Baluchistan, and moved to the Iberian Peninsula in 1932. He was enthused by Flamenco, and perceived connections between Flamenco and Sufi music. He sought refuge from the Spanish Civil War in London, and founded a Sufi Society there in 1948, before returning to Spain in 1952 to work as Cultural Attaché at the Embassy of Pakistan.
