On my show this month:
For the past 18 years, Mark Whitby has spent a few days at the end of August attending the Green Man festival in Wales. This year, for the first time, he was joined by his great mate Leo. They both enjoyed the experience so much that they decided to make a special two-hour show to enable them to share and relive some of the festival's highlights, each selecting a track by the artists whose performances they particularly rated. Among others, Mark selected tunes by Opus Kink, Porridge Radio, Metz and The Nightingales, while Leo went for Jon Hopkins, Moonchild Sanelly, Sleaford Mods and Kokoko!, plus a few more. They both heartily agreed that the highlight of the whole four days was a blistering set by Fat White Family. Leo and Mark hope you get as much of a kick out of listening to their Green Man Special they did in putting it all together.
