WageR are a 5 piece rock band from the West Midlands in the UK.

WageR are...
Wayne Hughes: Lead Vocals. Alan Bell: Guitar & Backing Vocals. Nic Smith: Keyboards & Piano. Brett Jordan: Drums. Daz Whitfield: Bass Guitar & Backing Vocals.

WageR formed in late 2001 under the keen guidance of Soul Legend "Edwin Starr" and Edwin managed the band until his death in April 2003, The band split soon after. A year later Alan & Wayne decided to put WageR back together and called in 3 new musicians to take care of Bass, Keyboards and Drums.

Since 2004 WageR have performed throughout the Midlands and the UK and will be found most weekends out playing.
