Twisted Ankle is a three piece post punk band based in Cardiff.

The band was formed by Henry Morgan, Bruno Leon Chavez and Joseff Gwyn Neale in 2015.

The band released their first demo "Albany Demos" in November 2015. The band has a variety of influences from punk to jazz, this invariable shown in the sound of their music.
