Powered by Audioscrobbler™The Heart Throbs were an alternative/dream pop band which formed in Reading, England in 1986. The band originally consisted of sisters Rose Carlotti (vocals, guitar) and Rachel DeFreitas (vocals, bass), with Stephen Ward (guitar) and Mark Side (drums). The band released three albums during their career, "Cleopatra Grip" (1990), "Jubilee Twist" (1992) and "Vertical Smile" (1993).
