Artist Info

Spidersleg

SpiderslegPowered by Audioscrobbler™Spidersleg is a pseudenym of North London, UK DJ / producer Robert Johnson. Dark whispered vocals and a hypnotic lo-fi mix of electronica & guitar. His most recent releases are "Devils In The Detail (Dandelion Radio Session)", on the compilation "Broadcast One" (22 Nov '10, Odd Box), Swine Wave (Dandelion Radio Session) Five Years Volume 2, http://unwashedterritories.bandcamp.com/album/five-years-volume-two

Spidersleg would happily relocate to his namesake's Mississipi delta, but would stop short of selling his soul to the devil (depending upon what he’s offering).

Spidersleg is also one half of DJ duo [artist]The Reject Club (with the esteemed Lord Numb), the pair have DJ’ed all over London, everywhere from warehouse parties to a long running night at The Dublin Castle, Camden, with regular trips round the the Netherlands, playing in Rotterdam, Amsterdam, Utrecht & Nijmegen.

Spidersleg is also the Ambassadors Of Om bassist & in a former life, guitarist in PA Skinny.

Spiderslegs first gig was seeing Showaddywaddy, his first proper gig was The Fall, in the school hall (a few steps closer to heaven).
