Smackos is one of the aliases under which Danny Wolfers (of Legowelt fame) releases his music. Smackos has released several albums, moslty on Wolfers' own record labels Strange Life and Nightwind .

The albums tell a story through their songs. 'The Age of Candy Candy' presumably embroiders on the adventures of a naive girl named Candy in a grown-up world.'Waiting for the Red Bear' tells the story of a small Canadian town, the inhabitants of which are convinced that a soviet nuclear strike on their city is imminent, while the little town's domestic airport is frequented by the mysterious 'Unicorns Airlines.'

The music can be described as low-paced electronics, leaning towards ambient at times.
