Sick Things

Powered by Audioscrobbler™1) Sick Things was a short-lived Australian Punk Rock band.

"1980-81 deep in the anal of Caulfield South four innocent young men with flare and drive for tasteless music came together to form ‘Sick Things’ unbeknown to them they had been drugged to drive them insane from a curse by the lurking black sister Sophie. Forced unwittingly to make loud horrible noises in tiny rooms such as the infamous Duke of York Hotel, the Sick Things quickly deteriorated, only to be spewed out, broken & seperate, to the far corners of the Melbourne Metropolitan area. And so ended the debauched horror of the Sick Things…" (quote from their 'Committed to Suicide' 7inch released 1985 on Max Cass Records)

2) The Sick Things were an English Punk Rock band who appeared on the Raw Records classic compilation LP "Raw Deal" in 1977 with the tracks Bondage Boy & Kids on the Street. Other bands on that comp were The Users, Acme Sewage Co, Zhain, The G.T.s, The Killjoys, Psycho's & The Bloodclots. In the early 80's Chaos records released a 4 track ep from the same sessions.
