Phillip Boa a German vocalist and songwriter. As leader of Phillip Boa & the Voodooclub, from 1985 until 1993, Boa created some of Germany's hardest hitting music. Since the group's disbanding, Boa has continued to craft what Melody Maker described as "reaming mixes of Afro rhythms, distorted guitar, and responding Nichtgesang."
