Onslaught

Powered by Audioscrobbler™There are at least three bands that have used the name Onslaught:

1. Onslaught are a British thrash metal band from Bristol, England, formed in 1982. Initially influenced by hardcore punk bands such as Discharge and the Exploited, as well as the new wave of British heavy metal (NWOBHM), they gradually shifted toward a more defined thrash metal sound. The band was active until 1991, then reformed in 2005. They have been cited as influential within the British thrash metal scene and are sometimes referred to as part of the country's so-called "big four" of thrash metal, along with Sabbat, Xentrix, and Acid Reign. Their discography includes seven studio albums, one compilation album, four singles, a live album, and a live DVD.
