Powered by Audioscrobbler™Monster Magnet is an American rock band from Red Bank, New Jersey. The band was formed in 1989 by Dave Wyndorf (vocals and guitar), John McBain (guitar), and Tim Cronin (vocals and drums). Over the years, the group has undergone several lineup changes, with Wyndorf remaining the only consistent member. Monster Magnet has released ten studio albums. They are best known for their 1990s songs "Negasonic Teenage Warhead" and "Space Lord." The band is also recognised for contributing to the development and popularisation of the stoner rock genre, alongside Masters of Reality, Kyuss, Fu Manchu, and Sleep.
