L'Épée L'Épée is a three-piece psychedelic rock band, established in 2018. The project hinges on the involvement of Brian Jonestown Massacre founder, Anton Newcombe, who in 2018 produced an album by husband and wife duo The Limiñanas. Joined in the studio for one song by French artist Emmanuelle Seigner, her vocals seemed to unlock something new. L'Épée (French for 'sword') was formed as a result, with the four-piece engaging in recording sessions in Cabestany, France, as well as at Anton’s Cobra Studio in Berlin, Germany. An album is set for the summer of 2019. The band's first single, 'Dreams', has been described as "a crisp piece of French language guitar pop that traces psychedelic pathways across a clear blue sky." Read more on Last.fm.
