Powered by Audioscrobbler™Kid Kapichi is an English punk rock band formed in Hastings in 2013. The band now consists of vocalist and guitarist Jack Wilson and bassist Eddie Lewis. Their style is influenced by QOTSA, The Libertines, Nirvana and The Arctic Monkeys.
In 2013, Jack Wilson and Ben Beetham began the band together with their school friends Eddie Lewis (bass) and George McDonalds (drums) . In the following years, the band released several singles and EPs before touring Europe in 2019, first at the Reading and Leeds Festivals and then as support for Frank Carter & The Rattlesnakes. In 2021, the band self-released their debut album.

In June 2022, Kid Kapichi were signed by Spinefarm Records. In September 2022, they released their second studio album, Here's What You Could Have Won, which features Bob Vylan's song "New England". In 2024 they started to tour the bigger European Festivals.

Dave Parsons of Sham 69 said:
"Kid Kapichi are going to be huge! I can honestly say they're the best band I've seen in 20 years. If I was a kid watching them - this is the band that would make me want to pick up a guitar and play."
