Powered by Audioscrobbler™Junior Marvin (aka Junior Kerr aka Junior Hanson aka Julian [Jr] Marvin) is a Jamaican born guitarist. Junior met Bob Marley on February 14, 1977 (Valentine's Day) and thereafter joined Bob Marley and The Wailers Band. After Bob Marley passed Junior carried on the music of The Wailers Band releasing albums ID, Majestic Warriors, Jah Message, and My Friends. Junior is commonly confused with Junior Murvin who also is a reggae artist.
In 1997 Junior left The Wailers Band and went on to do works on his own. More recently Junior has toured with Kaliroots and also has toured with The Wailers Band again.
Junior has started on his solo career and is expected to release his solo album Wailin' For Love in 2007
