Powered by Audioscrobbler™Joe Ford is a man on a mission, ready to shake up the world of D&B and beyond with his unique brand of bass music. Hailing from Harrogate UK, at just 21 years old Joe leads a new wave of producers currently taking the scene by storm, setting himself apart with an accomplished studio skill set and trademark hi-tech drum & bass sound tinged with rock, funk and everything in between.

Now signed exclusively to Friction’s Shogun Audio, Joe Ford has released on Bad Taste, Med School, and Calibre Music where his ‘Mission EP’ earned his first Beatport No1 on the dubstep charts. Heavily supported by UKF Joe has clocked up nearly one million views over his first 3 UKF tracks and is rapidly building and audience and making a name for himself in Europe, the US and beyond.

After last year’s stint as support for Noisia’s ‘I Am Legion’ tour, his debut Shogun track 'Stride', from the ‘Way Of The Warrior 2’ compilation album, concluded 2013 in style. 2014 opened with Joe’s second Beatport No1 with ‘The Moment’ ft Tasha Baxter b/w ‘Neon’ on Shogun Audio.
More recently Joe’s remix of Datsik’s ‘Hold It Down’ has been causing waves becoming Friction’s ‘Fire’ on BBC Radio1 and leading Datsik to exclaim “Joe Ford is the future!” in a recent interview...and who are we to argue!

With a new EP planned for summer 2014, the debut album underway, and an ever-increasing DJ schedule, there’s no doubt Joe Ford is coming to conquer, you’ve been warned.
