Galchen are an instrumental band from Glasgow, born out of their own recording studios in the city's south side. Their stunning live performances and debut 'RED DOT' EP have earned them a reputation as one of Glasgow's best kept secrets.

Comparisons to compatriots Mogwai have been drawn, but this association has made it difficult for them to distinguish themselves as a new and unique talent.

The band have performed with the likes of Belle & Sebastian, frightened rabbit, !!! (chk chk chk) and Schneider TM.
