Formed in Brighton in 2015, Brighton Strangler is a five piece indie/post-punk band, with a vibrant sound. Their crisp melodies and driving guitar, with influences from Joy Division, Buzzcocks and the Gang of Four make the songs simple but catchy, clean and yet dirty and most of all fun. The lyrics are alternately funny and anguished, whether they sing about love, drugs or rock n roll.
