I’m an Australian in Tokyo making music.

Block 45 is a now demolished ghetto snack bar area. In Japanese its called 「Yonjugobangai」. The band name is a loose translation. If you are familiar with golden gai, then its a bit similar to that.

We used to live there for several years. We drank among rats and the scum on the shower floor. Now that its gone, the idea to let the spirit live on in the form of a creative collective.
