Powered by Audioscrobbler™Bibi Flash, whose real name is Brigitte Gasté, is a French singer who sees her artistic career really take off when she crosses paths with Philippe Renaux, songwriter by profession.

Which, in the company of a friend of the name of Claude Mainguy, will compose the first title of the young singer "Detective" in 1981. First title which will go somewhat unnoticed, just like her cover of the title "The lion sleeps tonight" which will be released shortly after ...

It was not until 1983 and the release of the single "Histoire d’1 soir" that she finally saw her career take off. The title is a real success this time around and propels the young singer on the front of the stage in a shattering way.

Unfortunately, the great adventure will come to an end with a separation in 1984 with Renaux and above all a failed stint at RCA. No title produced with this label will break through and the new label change in 1986 at Charles Tarar will not change the situation unfortunately ...
