Powered by Audioscrobbler™Ghost Dubs is yet another project of Stuttgart based artist Michael Fiedler, a.k.a. Jah Schulz.

In 2024 he digitally released the album Damaged, which was by preceded by three exclusive Damaged Versions as a teaser. These releases were Fiedler's first releases on Kevin Martin's Pressure label.

Stasis never sounded so good, as Fiedler manages to miraculously invoke the spirits of Porter Ricks and My Bloody Valentine's shoegaze offspring at their most beautifully molten. Dub and drone fit like hand in glove, seemingly to delight in applying a deep freeze to dub's Caribbean tradition. If dub techno was actually ever dubbed out proper, and if the spectre of Black Ark Studios was transmitted to a slow motion, midnight drive on Germany autobahn, its sound would be reflected in this haunted steppa.
