Andy's October show for Dandelion Radio features a live session from Alex Canasta, with four tracks recorded at their Copenhagen album launch party in August, along with a competition to win a copy of their debut album. As usual, there are two Tasty Tips from Teresa, and a Funky Five Minutes from Scott. The two hours of new and unsigned music include tunes from Lonely Ghosts, The Joy Formidable, Burial, and Decoration. Andy also marks the fourth anniversary of John Peel's death by playing one of John's favourite twelve-inch mixes. Listen in to find out what it is!

MGMT - Kids
MGMTPowered by Audioscrobbler™MGMT is a group formed in 2002 in Brooklyn, New York, United States. The band consists of s Andrew Vanwyngarden, originally from Memphis, Tennessee, (vocals, guitar, keyboards) and Ben Goldwasser (vocals, keyboards, synths, drums), both alumni of Wesleyan University.

Their most popular songs are "Time to Pretend" (featured on the motion picture "21" and on the TV shows "Skins", Gossip Girl" & "90210", (the music video has reached over 4,000,000 views on YouTube) and "Electric Feel", their most purchased single on iTunes.

Electronic Indie Dance Rock began as a thesis project from music majors at Wesleyan University. They used to be known as "The Management" with songs about not quite growing up and a lot of nonsense. Despite this, 'MGMT' is pronounced by saying each letter.

Andrew VanWyngarden, one of the MGMT figureheads, is currently collaborating with of Montreal's Kevin Barnes, with plans to release a record in 2008 under the name Blikk Fang. MGMT was on tour with Of Montreal in late 2005 (and again in 2007) and VanWyngarden appeared on stage during some performances on of Montreal's summer '06 tour.

MGMT are currently touring the US and Europe with Yeasayer.
