Slideshow Freak is the music moniker of Englishman Jamie Wright. Championed by DJ's such as Mark Whitby, Huw Stephens and Steve Lamacq and featured on countless podcasts, Indie compilations and Blogs since the recording of his debut: Control Is Key.
Slideshow Freak draws on a myriad of influences and styles and because of this does not tend to create any one style of music and is somewhat hard to define by a specific genre.

A bit about the man....
Wright is of the belief that socialism is the only future humankind should work towards as everyone should be equal, he is an atheist and despairs of peoples continued belief in religions of all kinds (or more precisely the problems these religions tend to create) and hates racism and homophobia and all such idiotic behavior!
