Salman Aditya Firaas better known by his stage name Salman Aditya, is an Indonesian recording artist and producer. His music has taken on many forms since he began recording, but he is often identified with the chillwave Experimental music movement of summer 2009. As of 2010, his sound has struck out toward progressive Hip-Hop, especially in a live setting.

Salman Aditya started making music at his home in Bandung, West Java ,then developed through his twitter and MySpace profiles. He displays his music with the help of his friends. Salman Aditya music influenced from the Soul, rock & roll, jazz, gamelan and electronic music.

Salman was born on 23 October 1989, in Bandung, Indonesia, and attended Five Public High School where he began his music project with his schoolmates. He is of Indonesian descent from his parents but his name actually form India descent. Salman graduated from the Padjadjaran University in spring of 2011 with a bachelor's degree in Agriculture. Late in his school career, Salman formed a close musical relationship with fellow Bandung musician Bottlesmoker. He has since been signed to Doministiku, on which he released his first full-length album The Wunderland in October 2010.

His album, The Wunderland, was released by Doministiku, a label from Spain on October 2010.In January 2011 The Wunderland was released again with local Indonesia Label with 2 bonus tracks. Some of the songs from that album also made ​​it into the various International compilations, One of it is "Love Story" which made it into the Label compilation album from Russia "Mixgalaxy Records"
