Powered by Audioscrobbler™Producer of the hit tracks "Funk Country" and "Music Makes me Feel" , and the only South African artist to receive world wide acclaim and by far South Africa's most successful house music export! Supported by an extensive remix and production schedule for UK super labels like Toolroom Records, Lowered, Data, Ministry of Sound and Cr2, his tracks have received support from Fedde Le Grande, Sebastian Ledger, Pete Tong, Mark Knight and Micky Slim to name a few and have rocked clubs from Ibiza to Dubai and everywhere in between.

International successes include being hand picked by Dirty South for the prestigious Ministry of Sound Sessions Four: Mixed by John Course and Dirty South, Kissdafunk: Rob Tiessera & Trophy Twins, Erica Elle: Every Beat and Lady Lea Presents: Catch me if you can 2nd Time Around.

Remixes have already featured as 'One For the Weekend' on Radio 1's Top shows, including Pete Tong, Judge Jules and Eddie Halliwell!!!!

The Murgatroyd mix of Fedde Le Grands 'Put your hands up' received widespread critical acclaim and has been rocking dance floors the world over ever since. He also featured the vocal talents of Lira in the unexpectedly beautiful African Anthem , 'Nomunge Hamba', or 'That Zulu track'.... As most fans agree, the most surprising thing about Murgatroyd is his versatility as a producer, composer, dj and teacher.

Ryan also runs a a revolutionary music production school, the Soul Candi Institute of Music, where he writes and teaches state of the art production courses. "Soul Candi is the first school of its type on the African continent, focusing on compositional techniques and engineering fundamentals, as well as Ableton Live".

"I try to make use of all the available technology, Ableton, Cubase and Reason as a sketchpad for ideas, but in the end, its all up to the hardware to set you apart from all the digital masses", - Murgatroyd
