Powered by Audioscrobbler™Lucrate Milk were a French neo-jazz art punk band from Paris, France. The band was formed in 1979 by two former milkmen, Lombrick Laul (bass), and Masto Lowcost (born Tomas Huser, saxophonist and photographer), they were later joined by American-born painter Nina Childress who sang and played keyboards for the band, percussionist Raoul Gaboni, with contributions from Noël Rota. They were known for their chaotic surge and anarcho-experimental arrangements. Their music was "Untamable, dadaist, and anti-commercial" and the band remains one of the most influential bands in the French DIY scene.

In March 2006 Folklore De La Zone Mondiale put out an essential double CD/DVD compilation of Lucrate Milk.
