Ethiopian band, led by [a538535] and [a6039805].
The band got formed from the core of the [a1756784]. The first band line-up included international musicians such as Zimbabwean guitarist [a538537] and vocalist and percussionist Ismail Jingo who had to leave the country in the early 1970s. They got replaced by [a6039805], [a927087] and [a3822626] for the second Ibex line-up. The band disbanded 1979 when most of the musicians flew to Sudan due to civil war and the comunist Derg regime.
