Artist Info

Duck

Powered by Audioscrobbler™1-Duck (Vincent Robin) is a french electro producer mainly influenced by Dub music. Multi-instrumentalist, he discovered the sound synthesis very young and is now a major figure of the Creative Commons alternative scene.
Playing with some bands since 2003, he started a solo project late 2006 with the album "One Way Back" by joining the netlabel "Freshpoulp Records". This album combines all kinds of sounds and oscillates between Electro-Dub, Trip-Hop and Drum'n'Bass.
Two years and several collaborations later, he comes back with "Logical Fallacy", his second LP with complementary colors of the first one, with the same concern for consistency between the sounds.
The 5 tracks on his latest EP "Red Tape" confirm his uptempo orientation. Duck has a more muscular music, between breakbeat and dub echoes.

2-Duck was a former Pop/Dance Serbian Band active around the 90s and 2000s. Group was formed by Damir Radoicic and Ksenija Pajcin. The band had seven albums.

3- Duck was an Australian rock band, the brainchild of musician and producer G.Wayne Thomas; created from the nucleus of Sydney club band Hunger. It featured some of the best performers in Sydney at the time, under the leadegsubip of ex-Blackfeather guitarist John Robinson. Duck headed to Melbourne and recorded a highly regarded album of rock and R&B covers, cut at Armstrong's Studios and engineered by the legendary Roger Savage. "Laid" was one of the first local albums recorded by the fledgling Australian division of the Warner group and was released on the Warner Brothers label. Issued in mid-1972, it featured Jon English and Bobbi Marchini on lead vocals, with backing provided by John Robinson, renowned jazz pianist and session cat Bobby Gebert, percussionist Larry Duryea (ex Tamam Shud), former Aztec Teddy Toi on bass and Steve Webb on drums. The LP was given only limited release and is now a prized collectors' item.

4- Duck are Sarah, Chris and Ange making wonky synth/guitar noisepop from Sheffield/Leeds. Formed in 2017. Sarah and Chris are ex Firesuite
