Powered by Audioscrobbler™Cake on Cake is a Swedish Orchestra comprised of one woman, Helena Sundin. Her music is remarkably beautiful and charming, mixing a wide variety of unusual instruments with layers of amazing harmonies. The music is experimental and bizarre yet uniquely simple at the same time. It is all brought together by Helena’s matchless voice singing songs which both lyrically and melodically capture the simplicity and wonder of life. The
result is an amazingly prolific output of concise, whimsical, emotional, almost avant-garde pop songs.

Having grown up in a village in the north of Sweden into a
family of musicians, Helena became classically trained in a variety of instruments and found a passion for learning many strange instruments and integrating them into her music. She uses an array of instruments including; metallophone, marimba, 5 flutes, claves,
mandolin, a variety of electronics and keyboards, as well as various others.
